Meditation transforms. It will allow you to focus on your positive energy and dissipate stress-causing agents around you. Start and end the day with a few minutes of meditative sessions to unload heavy packages and invite positive energy to rule over your being throughout the day.
- Enjoy at least 7-9 hours of sleep.
One can never feel better if you lack sleep. A full-rested body is unlikely to feel the stress from daily activities or experience physical discomfort unless a headache is just a symptom of a different illness.
- Headaches may also be a signal of other psychological concerns, such as depression.

- Eat healthy.
Make sure that you fill not only your thoughts with good things, but your body as well. Anything less than healthy will just create the discomfort, such as headaches, in the long run.

There are some health supplements in the market. Most claim that they are natural alternatives. Do your due diligence to make a thorough research on any product that you will take, however.
