11. FISH OIL
Is there anything that fish oil doesn’t do? Probably, but relieving back pain is not one of them. It also contains (DHA) and (EPA), all of which are omega 3 fatty acids. These fatty acids give fish oil the anti-inflammatory quality. You can also get fish oil supplements.
12. EUCALYPTUS OIL
This is quite awesome in relieving back pain. It has anti-inflammatory qualities and is also known to be analgesic. For sensitive skin, you can always dilute the eucalyptus oil with some coconut oil.
13. EPSOM SALT
This salt contains magnesium and sulfate, which your skin so readily absorbs. Most of the back pains are due to lack of magnesium, which affects the nerves, muscles and functioning of enzymes.
This leads to swelling and pain, especially on the lower back. Epsom salt also draws out toxins and excess fluids from the body. This will help to relieve the pain.
14. TREAT YOURSELF TO A MASSAGE
For decades, massage has been used to help people relax. It soothes the strained muscles that might be causing you all that pain.
15. ICE THERAPY
Wrap ice cubes in a bag and place it on the lower back. This helps you get relief in no time.
We are all not same, and our bodies may have different responses to these remedies. Which one works best for you?
