9. Peanuts.
Peanuts are an excellent source of choline, an essential nutrient found in liver, eggs, broccoli, but if not consumed properly by metabolism, will give your breath (and sweat) a foul-smelling odor. They also contain acetic acid, methanethiol, and 3-isopropyl-2-methoxypyrazine, which make your breath stinky after eating peanut-mixed products or food.
